Appointments
- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please text us for assistance at 321-249-2914.
- Any cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 fee, and the collected deposit will be non-refundable.
- If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, such as vehicle, location, time, or services, please text us for assistance at 321-249-2914. We will do our best to accommodate change requests, however due to our schedule with other clients, not all changes may be able to be accepted.
Deposit Payments
- We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Deposits can be made using our booking website, or through any of our accepted electronic payment methods viewed here.
- Collected deposits for tickets over $350 are non-refundable.
- Collected deposits may be refundable for tickets under $350 when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits may be non-refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, for tickets under $350 when cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment.
- Collected deposits are non-refundable and a fee of $25 will be charged in the event of a "no show" for your scheduled appointment, or rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
