- Using our website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please text us for assistance.
- We require a deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Deposits can be made using our booking website, or through any of our accepted electronic payment methods viewed here.
- Collected deposits may be refundable when cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits may be non-refundable, but applied as credit to future invoices, when cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits are non-refundable and a fee of $25 may be charged in the event of a "no show" for your scheduled appointment, or rescheduling/cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
